Description
The Farabeuf Periosteal Elevator offers a wide assortment of surgical benefits for maxillofacial surgeons. These benefits are particularly important during mastoidectomy.
For example, the elevator comes with a 12.5mm one-sided beveled tip with a serrated recess after the shank. As a result, surgeons can use the instrument to remove the periosteum tissue of the mastoid process without local injury.
In addition, the working end profile can be both straight or curved. Surgeons can pick the adequate model according to the patient’s needs. Also, the hollow handle provides a strong grip.
