Description

Xelpov Surgical‘s Castroviejo Caliper offers a broad range of benefits to calculate surgical distances within the eye. Its principal use is to measure the exact range for muscle resection during strabismus procedures.

For this purpose, the instrument features a pair of pointed tips that open up for precise measurement during blepharoplasty. In addition, the device includes a screw mechanism to millimetrically control the opening.

Moreover, the Castroviejo Caliper includes a marking scale supplied with a 0 to 20mm measuring range. Also, the working end is available in straight and curved models to approach the eye socket from different angles.
