The Cooley Atrauma Forceps offers a wide range of surgical advantages. Its principal use is to manipulate fragile tissues and blood vessels in narrow anatomical spaces.
For this purpose, the instrument features a 2.0mm width tips that easily traverse small passages and cavities. In addition, the inner surfaces of the tips have double row atraumatic serrations that reduce clamping damage.
Moreover, the Cooley Atrauma Forceps features multiple sizes, which range from 16.0 to 24.0cm. As a result, surgeons can pick the device’s size according to the surgical target. Also, the spring handle has outer horizontal serrations that ensure an exceptional gripping.
