Xelpov’s DeBakey Atrauma Forceps is a tweezer-like device that surgeons in multiple specialities use for clamping small arteries or veins, grasping soft tissues and packing critical wounds.

The DeBakey Atrauma Forceps offers a wide range of surgical advantages. Its principal use is to hold and mobilize minute anatomical structures within a variety of surgical sites.
For this purpose, the instrument features a pair of tapered jaws with 1 x 2 serrations that ensure a steady grip. In addition, surgeons can choose between straight or angled working end patterns. As a result, the device conforms to the anatomy of different narrow cavities of the body.
Moreover, the DeBakey Atrauma Forceps features a spring-action handle with a flat design. Furthermore, the outer surfaces of the handle include transverse ridges that prevent accidental slippage and provide comfort.
