The Graefe Dissecting Forceps offers a broad range of benefits during general, ENT, and ophthalmic surgery. Its principal uses are to grasp materials and separate soft tissues.
For these purposes, the instrument features tapered, small jaws provided with 1 x 2 sharp teeth. As a result, the operator can easily cut through delicate tissues and debris or simply remove embedded foreign bodies. Also, the jaws are available in straight, slightly, and strongly curved patterns to perform multiple approaches.
Moreover, the Graefe Dissecting Forceps have a spring handle equipped with wide, ridged platforms. This design is ideal to reduce the risk of accidental slippage and finger strain.
Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel with a fine satin finish that reduces glare.
