The Landolt Micro Curette offers a wide range of surgical benefits. Its principal use is to remove tissue growths of scrape bone surfaces during transsphenoidal hypophysectomy.
For this purpose, the instrument features a cup-shaped tip, which has the ideal shape to remove the tissue excess. In addition, the semi-sharp edges of the cup promote atraumatic scraping of the desired surface.
Moreover, the Landolt Micro Curette features a slim cylindrical handle that allows for rotational movement. Furthermore, the handle has a knurled style pattern that prevents finger strain and slippage.
