Lieberman Nucleus Manipulator and Spatula
Xelpov’s Lieberman Nucleus Manipulator and Spatula is a multipurpose ophthalmic surgical device that surgeons use for positioning and cracking the lens nucleus, particularly during specialized cataract procedures, such as phaco.
- Double-Ended Design For Rotating & Chopping The Nucleus.
- Resilient Angled Shanks For Reaching Narrow Cavities.
- Ergonomic Round Handle For Superior Surgical Control.
The Lieberman Nucleus Manipulator and Spatula offers multiple advantages to the ophthalmic surgical staff. These advantages play a vital role in manipulating the lens nucleus before its removal.
Therefore, the device comes with a double-ended design. The instrument features an angled smooth tip on one side and a flat spatula tip on the opposite side. As a result, surgeons can rotate the nucleus to a desirable position using the spatula tip. After that, they hold the nucleus with the smooth angled tip, setting a perfect position to perform pre-chopping and emulsification.
In addition, the tool features a central handle with a round outline. Also, the handle has ridges over its surface, thereby preventing finger strain and slippage.
All our Lieberman Nucleus Manipulator and Spatulas are available in premium grade stainless steel with a fine satin finish.
