The Luntz-Dodick Trabeculectomy Punch offers a wide array of surgical benefits. Its principal use is to create circular cuts over the conjunctiva or sclera to perforate the trabecular mesh.
For this purpose, the instrument features a small working end supplied with a cutting edge. In addition, the tip includes a screw mechanism for rotating the angle of the edge according to the desired approach. Also, the tip is available in 0.5 & 1.0mm sizes to suit different applications.
Moreover, the Luntz-Dodick Trabeculectomy Punch has a plier grip style handle for excellent maneuvers. Besides, the handle features a simple spring system to permit the punching action and perform precise cuts.
Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel with a fine satin finish that reduces glare.
