For instance, this nucleus chopper features a double-ended design. Moreover, on one end it features a round spatula with a disc-shaped tip that surgeons use to rotate the nucleus. After that, surgeons change between tips and use the Rosen Phaco Splitter for atraumatically divide the nucleus.
