Our McPherson-Westcott Conjunctival Scissor comes with rounded tips that are ideal for blunt dissection of tissues. These tips also prevent inadvertent soft tissue damage. Moreover, the smooth outer surface of the instrument allows it to slide through tissues without trauma. Cuts corneal tissue, conjunctiva, membranes, muscle tissue as well as skin and vessels. The operating scissor especially includes tiny blades which ensure fine dissection. Moreover, the instrument has curved blades that contour to the surface of the eye for precise dissection. Includes special holes in the shanks that adapt to the finger pads for a secure grip. The instrument has a smooth design and light weight to ensure comfortable handling. The small blades to shanks ratio gives surgeon better control over dissection. The McPherson-Westcott Conjunctival Scissor includes the special spring handle which is ideal for fast actions.
