Description
The Obwegeser Periosteal Elevator offers a wide assortment of surgical advantages. Its principal use is to atraumatically dissect and elevate periosteum folds from the mandible or maxillary bone.
For this purpose, the instrument features an oval blade with a slight curve, which is ideal to perform in the maxillofacial anatomy. In addition, the blade has a semi-sharp edge that permits to dissect fibrous tissues.
