The Obwegeser Ramus Clamp offers a wide array of surgical benefits. Its principal use is to provide an atraumatic way to protect the ramus and its nearby structures during sagittal osteotomy.
For this purpose, the instrument features slightly curved jaws with a lateral shield that enhances sightlines and protects tissues. In addition, the jaws have inner serrations to provide optimal and atraumatic tissue grasping.
Moreover, the Obwegeser Ramus Clamp features ergonomically designed finger rings for an excellent gripping. Furthermore, the angled stems ensure an exceptional view of the surgical field during the procedure.
Manufactured in left and right patterns, in order to fit the lateral shield in each side of the mandible.
