- Finely Serrated Tips for Avoiding Local Injury.
- Tungsten Carbide Inserts for Excellent Grasps.
- Thumb-Style Spring Handle Ensuring Maximum Control.
The Potts-Smith Dressing Forceps is a thumb-type, clamping instrument that offers various benefits for surgeons. Its principal use is to maintain a clear view of the operating site by manipulating swabs and sterile gauzes.
For this purpose, the instrument features straight, tapering tips that easily pass into narrow cavities. Moreover, one of the patterns features our UltraGrip™ technology with tungsten carbide inserts for an impeccable grip experience.
The Adson Dressing Forceps UltraGrip™ model has a golden-plate handle coating to distinguish from our premium stainless steel pattern.
In addition, the handle has outer horizontal ridges that facilitate gripping. The handle’s stems feature a flat outline and form a spring system, which results in a smooth tip closure movement.
Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel to ensure the highest quality instruments at your disposal.
