Especially includes dissector end that is able to dissect through fine tissues with ease. A variation with 1 by 2 teeth at the tip is also available, which helps to improve grip on tissues.  The narrow profile of the tip also adds to the precision of the instrument. 

In addition, the operating forceps includes serrated thumb grips for comfortable handling.
