The Tennant Suture Tying Forceps offers a wide array of surgical advantages. Its principal use is to provide a reliable way to guide sutures and stitch incisions or wounds during ocular procedures.
For this purpose, the instrument features a pair of very fine jaws with an ideal design to traverse minute structures. In addition, the curved and straight patterns of the jaws permit to reach different areas of the eye. Also, the 6.0mm tying platform helps to manipulate prolene and monofilament sutures with precision.
Moreover, the Tennant Suture Tying Forceps features an ergonomically designed round spring handle. Additionally, the handle surfaces include a knurled style pattern that prevents slippage and fatigue.
