- 25 Gauge Tube for Traversing Narrow Spaces
- Olive-Shaped Tip Promoting Atraumatic Manipulation
- Ergonomic Hub Handle Ensuring Superior Control
The Troutman Olive Tip Cannula offers a wide range of surgical benefits. Its principal use is to inject an alpha-chymotrypsin solution in the posterior chamber during cataract procedures.
For this purpose, the instrument features a hollow tube with an angled design, which is ideal to reach the posterior chamber. In addition, the tube has a delicate 25 gauge that permits atraumatic access into narrow spaces. The olive-shaped tip avoids local tissue tearing and has a circular bore to irrigate the solution.
Moreover, the Troutman Olive Tip Cannula features a square-shaped hub that offers enhanced gripping. Also, the hub works as an attachment site for the tube and the silicone bulb.
Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel to ensure the highest quality and product performance during surgical procedures.
