Shipping Time:

Shipping time for products available in stock is generally swift, while items not in stock will depend on the order size and the nature of instruments. This shipping period can be significantly reduced once a customer becomes regular and Xelpov Surgical starts to maintain customer-specific inventory at our facility.

Delivery Time:

Delivery time varies depending on the region of delivery. We partner with world-class, trusted couriers such as DHL and FedEx to ensure timely delivery. The average delivery time is typically quick, but exact times can vary.

International Custom Duties and Taxes:

International buyers are responsible for their country’s taxes and duties when receiving packages. Xelpov Surgical is NOT responsible for any fees related to international customs. Additionally, Xelpov Surgical is NOT responsible for any delays in customs clearance in the buyer’s country.

Lost Package:

On rare occasions, packages can be lost in transit. If your package does not arrive within a reasonable time frame, please contact your nearest relevant courier office to check if the goods are being held. If the package is not being held, please contact our Customer Services team, who will be happy to assist in sending a replacement.

Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 3 weeks, an insurance claim cannot be made, and thus you will be unable to claim any loss from Xelpov Surgical.
