The Caspar Exploration Hook offers a wide range of surgical benefits. Its principal use is to atraumatically probe blood vessels during vascular neurosurgical procedures.
For this purpose, the instrument features a ball-ended tip that prevents endothelium puncture and permits safe probing. In addition, the tip is available in 45 and 90° degree angle patterns, which surgeons choose according to the surgical scenario.
Moreover, the Caspar Exploration Hook features a long-reaching straight shaft to perform deep vascular explorations. Furthermore, the knurled grip style handle offers a strong grip that prevents slippage.
