Frontal Sinus Punch
Xelpov’s Frontal Sinus Punch is a specialized instrument that ENT surgeons can use for nipping away small bone and cartilage pieces, especially during frontal sinusotomy and other surgeries involving the frontal sinus.
- Semi-Sharp Edges for Efficiently Biting Off Tissues.
- 2.5 x 2.0mm to 5.5 to 5.0mm Tip Sizes.
- Ergonomic Grip Handle Ensuring Maximum Control.
The Frontal Sinus Punch offers a wide array of surgical advantages. Its principal use is to provide an efficient way to remove ethmoidal cells that may obstruct the frontal ostium drainage.
For this purpose, the instrument features an upwardly curved tip for easily reaching the frontal sinus floor. In addition, the size of the tip changes according to the model, including 2.5 x 2.0mm to 5.5 x 5.0mm profiles. As a result, surgeons can pick smaller punch sizes when the frontal recess is narrower.
Moreover, the Frontal Sinus Punch features a grip style handle with frontal and posterior projections for resting the hand. This ensures exceptional gripping and prevents finger strain and slippage. Also, the shafts are slim and permit atraumatic access into the nostrils.
Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel to ensure the highest quality instruments in your operating rooms.
