The Gellhorn Uterine Biopsy Punch is a scissor-like, grasping device that offers a variety of benefits. Its main use is to excise, hold and mobilize uterine biopsy samples.
For this purpose, the instrument features an 8.6mm punch tip that allows for collecting uterine tissue specimens. In addition, the upper jaw tip has a pin that ensures a secure hold after the tissue removal.
Moreover, the Gellhorn Uterine Biopsy Punch features a pair of finger rings that provide an extremely firm grip that avoids slippage. Also, the shafts have an angled profile for passing into the vaginal canal and cervix with ease.
Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel with a fine satin finish that reduces glare.
