The Giannetti Push Pull Manipulator offers a wide array of surgical benefits to the ophthalmic operating room. These benefits take participation in several steps of certain cataract procedures.
For instance, the instrument features a unique Push Pull square-shaped tip. Moreover, the tip has smooth edges and surgeons use it to broaden the iris for gaining access to the capsular bag. After that, they use the square tip for pulling the lens and then pushing it back to diverse positions before its division.
