The Landolt-Reulen Micro Raspatory offers a wide array of surgical benefits. Its principal use is to file bone divided shards that may endanger other structures within the surgical field.
For this purpose, the instrument features a round tip with a file surface that easily smoothens the edges of split bones. In addition, the tip is available in 2.2 and 3.2mm sizes to easily traverse the sphenoid sinus.
