Lippman Nucleus Spatula
Xelpov’s Lippman Nucleus Spatula is a specialized surgical device that ophthalmic surgeons use for grasping and rotating the nucleus into a desirable splitting position, looking towards its further extraction from the anterior chamber.
- Atraumatic Blunt Prongs For Avoding Inadvertent Punctures.
- Slightly Vaulted Shank For Fitting The Anterior Chamber With Ease.
- Ergonomic Round Handle For Enhanced Maneuverability.
The Lippman Nucleus Spatula offers a wide array of surgical advantages for the surgical staff. These advantages allow surgeons to perform cataract surgeries comfortably and obtain optimal results.
To this end, the nucleus spatula features a 0.5mm forked tip with two prongs. Moreover, the prongs have a blunt working surface, and surgeons can accommodate nuclei between the fork hollow space. After that, the operator rotates the lens nucleus and permits its further splitting and removal.
Also, the spatula has a solid, round handle. This handle features a knurled pattern over its surface, which allows surgeons to secure a firm grip. Besides, its ergonomic outline enhances comfort and reduces fatigue throughout the procedure.
All our Lippman Nucleus Spatulas are available in premium grade stainless with a fine satin finish.
