The Terry Ramus Pusher offers a wide array of surgical benefits. Its principal use is to provide an atraumatic way to remove the muscles and periosteum that cover the ramus.

For this purpose, the instrument features an angled blade with a U-shaped tip that easily fits the anterior border. In addition, the edge of the blade has a bevelled profile to remove periosteal flaps with smooth movements.
