The Wagner Bone Lever (Retractor) offers a broad range of surgical advantages. These advantages take center stage in surgeries that involve joint repairings, such as arthroplasties.
For example, the instrument comes with a long, rectangular flat pointed blade. Moreover, the blade has a delicate backward curve, which is ideal to statically hold the tissues away from the surgical field.
In addition, the device features a flat handle with two circular fenestrations and its terminal portion. Surgeons can insert weight cylinders into the fenestrations to hold the instrument in place, which ensures static retractions.
