The Coakley Antrum Trocar offers a wide range of surgical benefits. Its principal use is to withdraw fluids and irrigate the paranasal sinuses and the maxillary antrum.
For this purpose, the instrument features a sharp-pointed tip with a three-cornered design for atraumatic puncture. In addition, the tip of the device is available in a 3.0mm diameter to access narrow spaces. Also, the slightly curved profile of the cannula is ideal to surgically approach the maxillary antrum.
Moreover, the Coakley Antrum Trocar features an ergonomically designed, solid handle that enhances gripping. Furthermore, the device includes a cannula and an irrigating extension for withdrawing fluids with ease.
