Description
The Ross Aorta Retractor fulfills a vital role during cardiothoracic surgery. It is one of the favorite instruments for manipulating the aorta artery.
To this end, the retractor comes with a crest-shaped blade that has a concave working surface. The blade has an atraumatic blunt design, preventing accidental puncture and haemorrhage.
In addition, the retractor has an ergonomic handle. The handle has a bulky hollow design and is crossed by vertical ridges. This feature improves the surgeon’s grip and avoids slippage.
