Description
The Traquair Periosteal Elevator offers a wide array of surgical advantages. Its principal use is to provide a secure way of separating soft tissues from bone surfaces without causing local injury.
For this purpose, the instrument features a double-ended profile for smoothly dissecting different types of tissue. For example, the blunt tip is useful for cutting mucosa, whereas the semi-sharp tip permits cutting connective tissue.
Moreover, the Traquair Periosteal Elevator’s shafts have a 90° angle for reaching narrow spaces with comfort. Furthermore, the ergonomically designed solid handle avoids slippage and finger strain.
Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel to ensure the highest quality and product performance during surgical procedures.
